- Prefix query to allow special search:

Added a simple mail handler.
It lets users add notes to an existing issue by replying to the initial notification email.
Permissions are checked in the same way as in the application (the user is identified by its mail address).

If the project has sub-projects, you have the possibility to display the sub-project's Issues as well (not displayed by default).</p><p>Once applied, a screen is valid during the entire session.
