Subject: [PATCH] Forces Redmine to use rails 2.0.2 gem when vendor/rails is not present.
If you don't want to upgrade rails gem, freeze Redmine by running the following command in your Redmine directory:

  rake rails:freeze:edge TAG=rel_2-0-2
