4) Reasons:
14:09 restart acquisition system because not synchronized
15:03 restart acquisition system because seems to be the cause of the JASMET interference
15:14 - 16:16 ISR RF OFF, verifying where the interference is coming from (turned off digisonde, ionosonde)
16:16 Digisonde ON, Ionosonde still off -> no interference now, seems to be ionosonde.
Jasmet is not working since channel 5 has a problem. Tx is OFF.
