ISCOD- CONGS-26 2026 Coordinated Observation of Geospace Storm (CONGS-26)

Requester: Shun-Rong Zhang (Alert from May 1st to May 31st) A 5-day campaign on alert basis.

Local user: P. Condor, C. Portilla, E. Manay

Objective: (1) To measure severe geospace storm induced global upper atmospheric disturbances that have potential space weather impacts; and to advance the understanding of the fundamental M-I-T coupling processes. (2) The proposed observation is part of the yearly ISR world-day series for collecting a long-term geospace storm database that will benefit the general space science and space weather communities for various storm studies.
